At YouOne, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
· Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays.
· Estimated delivery timelines are:
o Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
o Rest of India: 7–14 business days
o Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
· Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond YouOne's control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, strikes, operational issues, or courier partner delays.
· Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select order values, products, or promotional campaigns.
· We ship across India through trusted third-party logistics and courier partners. Tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email once your order has been dispatched.
· In certain circumstances, an order containing multiple products may be shipped in separate consignments based on product availability, warehouse location, or operational requirements. Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for such split shipments.
· Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. YouOne shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery attempts arising from incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate addresses or contact details.
· Requests for address changes, modifications, or order cancellations will be considered only before dispatch of the order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
· Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in select serviceable PIN codes. Any applicable COD fee shall be displayed at checkout.
· For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal, non-acceptance, or cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction or suspension of future COD eligibility.
· If an order is returned to YouOne due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, YouOne reserves the right to cancel the order and process any applicable refund in accordance with its policies.
· Delivery shall be deemed completed once the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer and accepted by the customer or any person present at the delivery address.
· Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. In case the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, customers are requested to refuse delivery or immediately contact support@youone.com with relevant photographs within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.
· Delivery services may not be available in certain locations due to operational, regulatory, or logistical constraints. YouOne reserves the right to refuse delivery to such locations and shall notify the customer accordingly.
· Ownership and risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the products to the delivery address specified in the order.
· Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and warranty claims shall be governed by the separate Return, Refund, Exchange, Cancellation & Warranty Policy available on the Website.
YouOne reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
