Return, Refund, Exchange, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

Products Purchased from the YouOne Online Store

At YouOne, we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible return requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

For orders made outside this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds shall not be applicable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please Note

· Any damage caused due to misuse, neglect, improper care, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be covered under this Policy.

· Products can only be returned if they are in an unused, unworn, and resalable condition.

· For hygiene reasons, socks, compression wear, innerwear, and any personal-use products shall be non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

· All items being returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, manuals, invoices, and seal tags intact. For example, footwear must be returned in its original shoe box and products should not be broken, tampered with, or damaged.

· All footwear products sold by YouOne are supplied with a YouOne Return Seal Tag attached to the product. Customers are advised to try the footwear without removing the seal tag.

· Any footwear product for which the YouOne Return Seal Tag has been removed, cut, tampered with, or broken shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects verified and approved by YouOne.

· Footwear showing signs of use, dirt, sole wear, creases, scuff marks, or damage resulting from usage shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

· Apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, has its tags removed, or is not in resalable condition shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

· The following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:

o Customized or personalized products;

o Rackets that have been strung upon customer request;

o Opened or used grips and strings;

o Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.

· In case of concerns regarding the delivered product, including wrong product, damaged product, manufacturing defect, or missing items, please email us at support@youone.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

· Please expect communication from our customer support team on your registered mobile number and email address regarding your request.

Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If the size, fit, or product purchased is unsatisfactory, we offer an exchange option subject to the conditions below.

Applicable Products

Exchange is applicable on:

· Footwear;

· Apparel;

· Bags;

· Accessories;

· Other eligible products sold on the Website,

subject to stock availability and product eligibility.

Eligibility for Exchange

· Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

· The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, invoices, and seal tags intact.

· Personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange.

· Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

Limitations

· Each customer is entitled to one (1) exchange per order only.

· Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange order. Standard delivery timelines shall apply.

· Returned products shall be picked up only from the original delivery address.

Return Option for Exchanged Orders

Following an exchange, customers may still return the exchanged product if they are not satisfied, subject to this Policy. Refunds shall be processed only to the original payment method used during purchase.

YouOne reserves the right to amend or modify this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation by YouOne

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and therefore must cancel. YouOne reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

· Product unavailability;

· Limitations on quantities available for purchase;

· Pricing inaccuracies or technical errors;

· Incorrect product information;

· Suspected fraudulent transactions;

· Issues identified by our payment verification or fraud prevention systems.

We may require additional information or verification before accepting any order.

If your order is cancelled after your payment has been charged, the entire amount shall be refunded to the original payment method.

The Customer acknowledges that YouOne reserves the right to cancel orders in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation by the Customer

If we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed, invoiced, or dispatched, we may cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

YouOne reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

Cancelled Orders

If your payment method is:

· Prepaid: Refunds may take approximately five (5) to fifteen (15) working days, depending upon your bank or payment provider.

Returned Orders

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully completes our quality inspection process, refunds shall be processed as follows:

If your payment method is:

· Prepaid: Refunds shall be initiated within forty-eight (48) hours after successful quality verification, and the amount may take approximately five (5) to fifteen (15) working days to reflect in your account, depending upon your bank or payment provider.

Warranty Claims

Certain products sold on the Website may carry a warranty. However, not all products sold by YouOne are covered under warranty.

Customers are advised to verify warranty applicability for a particular product by checking the product page or contacting our customer support team at support@youone.com before raising a claim.

Warranty claims for eligible products may be raised within three (3) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Products purchased through the YouOne Online Store may be eligible for warranty claims subject to the conditions below.

General Conditions for Warranty Claims

· Warranty claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects in eligible products, subject to proper use and inspection by YouOne.

· Not all products sold by YouOne are covered under warranty. Customers are advised to verify warranty applicability for a particular product by checking the product page or contacting support@youone.com before raising a claim.

· All returned products and warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by YouOne. The decision of YouOne regarding eligibility of return, exchange, refund, or warranty claims shall be final and binding.

· The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

· The warranty does not cover consumable items such as grips, strings, socks, compression wear, or similar products unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

· The warranty does not cover laces, fading due to detergents, induced tears, cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, cosmetic imperfections, or damages resulting from improper storage or maintenance.

· Due to the nature of badminton, racket breakage may occur during usage, racket clashes, mishits, improper stringing, accidental impacts, transportation damage after delivery, or other external factors. Accordingly, such breakages are not covered under warranty or guarantee and shall not constitute manufacturing defects. This exclusion applies irrespective of whether the damage occurs during practice, training, recreational play, or competitive match play.

· Badminton rackets that are broken, cracked, chipped, bent, damaged due to clashes, stringing errors, mishits, impact during play, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or any breakage occurring during or after play are strictly not covered under warranty, guarantee, return, exchange, or refund. YouOne shall not be responsible for racket breakage arising from such circumstances.

· Products that have surpassed the applicable warranty period shall not be eligible for warranty claims.

YouOne reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Return, Refund, Exchange, Cancellation, and Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
